Soil Remediation technology for the Maritime/Marine Industry

Maritime Advisors has signed a teaming agreement with Marine & Waterways Solutions, LLC of Ft. Lauderdale - a Limited Partnership arrangement with Solucorp Industries, Ltd., a Canadian corporation to promote the Solucorp’s Molecular Bonding System (MBS) technology to remediate heavy metal contamination found at maritime/marine and waterway locations worldwide. Solucorp’s MBS technology stabilizes all hazardous metals to U.S. EPA’s UTS limits.

The ease of the application and the cost effectiveness of the technology make MBS® the idea solution for heavy metals remediation.

The MBS technology will be promoted into key markets and projects where Maritime Advisors has established working relationships, where Maritime Advisors key contacts will afford entry into future projects and where the combined contacts of MWS and Maritime Advisors offers the greatest potential for securing work and maximizing total project revenues. MWS and Maritime Advisors will focus on the remediation of maritime/marine and waterway locations worldwide. Under the terms of this agreement Solucorp will be responsible for providing all necessary sales and marketing support to both MWS and Maritime Advisors so that they can promote and recommend the MBS technology for use in any and all heavy metal cleanups at marine and waterway locations. The Company will also supply its partners with the MBS chemical reagents required for all cleanups. MWS will solicit marine and waterway project work, identify remediation contractors who want to become MBS remediation contractors, and attend meetings and tradeshows to further promote the MBS technology.
